Executive Assistant, CEO The Role
Gradial is hiring an Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You will shape scheduling, travel, and inbox coordination around the CEO’s priorities and the most important needs of the business.
This role is not just about keeping the calendar organized. It is about creating the structure, follow-through, and day-to-day leverage that helps the CEO spend time where it matters most. The right person will bring strong judgment, attention to detail, and a calm, proactive approach to keeping complex work moving.
What You’ll Own
- Own the CEO calendar, prioritize requests, and shape each week around the most important work
- Manage complex travel planning for customer meetings, internal events, and key company priorities, handling changes with speed and accuracy
- Support inbox workflows tied to scheduling, travel, and follow-up so communication stays organized and responsive
- Prepare itineraries, meeting logistics, and background materials that help the CEO show up ready for every interaction
- Track action items and follow-ups across meetings, ensuring important decisions and next steps do not get lost
- Partner closely with the CEO to improve operating rhythm, protect focus time, and keep priorities moving
- Provide light support for internal events and team gatherings when needed
- Step in to support other leaders on an as-needed basis when it helps keep the business moving
- Spot repetitive coordination work and improve it with better systems, documentation, and lightweight automation tools
What We Need
- 4 years of experience in executive support, executive operations, or a similar role in a high-velocity environment
- Proven success supporting a senior executive with complex scheduling, shifting priorities, and a high volume of moving pieces
- Strong judgment and prioritization skills with the ability to make smart tradeoffs and protect executive time
- Experience coordinating travel and external meetings with a high level of detail, discretion, and follow-through
- Comfort supporting inbox management, calendar workflows, and related executive communications
- Clear communicator who closes loops, flags issues early, and keeps work moving without adding friction
- High level of ownership and reliability with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations
- Comfort working in a Microsoft-first environment, including Outlook, Teams, and related productivity tools
- Strong attention to detail and a practical mindset for improving systems and simplifying execution
- Familiarity with AI or automation tools that improve speed, organization, and reliability
Nice to Have
- Experience providing occasional support to multiple executives during high-priority moments
The base salary range for this position is
$145,000 – $155,000.
Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
