Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Facets Technical SME / Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Facets batch processing, batch job optimization, and performance tuning. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Facets architecture, batch workflows, dependencies, and troubleshooting in healthcare payer environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Facets batch processes.
• Analyze batch job performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve processing efficiency.
• Troubleshoot batch failures, job dependencies, and production issues.
• Perform SQL query tuning, database optimization, and batch performance improvements.
• Work with technical and business teams to improve batch execution timelines and reliability.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with TriZetto Facets batch processing and optimization.
• In-depth understanding of Facets batch architecture, workflows, and job dependencies.
• Proven experience in batch performance tuning, troubleshooting, and runtime optimization.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with Facets databases.
• Experience with batch scheduling tools and production support.
• Healthcare payer domain knowledge, including claims, enrollment, and billing processes.
