We are seeking a skilled Hybrid Mobile Developer to join our dynamic team at W3care Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing mobile applications that serve a user base of over 90 million customers. You will work closely with a talented team that has extensive experience in building various web-based and mobile applications, both internal and external. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of developing native mobile applications and possess a deep understanding of hybrid app development frameworks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and innovate in the mobile technology space.

• *Qualifications
• Proven experience in hybrid mobile app development using frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or similar technologies.
• Strong knowledge of mobile development best practices, including UI/UX design principles and performance optimization.
• Experience with native mobile development (iOS and Android) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, version control, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively within a team and document technical processes clearly.
• Prior experience working on large-scale applications with a focus on security and cost-efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
