Front End Developer (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Requirements

Must have:

- Proven experience as a Front-End Web Developer - Hands-on proficiency with markup languages - Familiarity with browser testing and debugging tools - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex technical challenges - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration - Ability to pass a background check; additional checks may be required based on projects - Proficiency in web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3 - Strong command of JavaScript, including libraries/frameworks such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, and DurandalJS - Experience in responsive and adaptive design for mobile-friendly websites - Understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms like LESS and SASS - In-depth knowledge of the full web development process (design, development, deployment) - Familiarity with SEO principles to ensure compliance - Awareness of performance testing frameworks such as Mocha and Jest - Proficiency with software like Adobe Suite and content management systems - Exceptional interpersonal skills for clear and professional communication - Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail - Aptitude for multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment - Self-motivated, capable of working independently and as part of a multi-functional team - Level 1: 1-3 years of experience with a basic understanding of field concepts - Level 2: 4-7 years of experience, familiar with standard practices, capable of limited supervision - Level 3: 8+ years of experience, able to lead and direct complex tasks independently

Responsibilities:

- Convert design wireframes into code to produce website visual elements - Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages to develop user-friendly web pages - Create reusable code and libraries for future developments - Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability - Verify website compatibility across various browsers and devices - Develop and test user interface components such as forms and navigations - Ensure compliance of websites with web accessibility standards - Conduct maintenance and updates for existing web applications - Collaborate with back-end developers to enhance usability and address issues - Use version control systems to manage code changes effectively - Perform website testing and debugging - Stay updated with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies - Undertake additional duties as assigned
