Front End Software Engineer (JavaScript/React)

Requirements

Must have:

- Over 5 years of experience in software development focusing on front-end technologies and web development frameworks such as Python, React, Node.js, Next.js, or CSS - Proven experience in gathering user requirements to inform UI design decisions - Skilled in solving complex challenges within a collaborative, cross-functional team - Familiarity with API integration - Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph examination - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or 8+ years of equivalent software engineering experience in lieu of a degree

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain web applications with a strong focus on user experience and functionality - Collaborate with UI/UX designers and back-end developers to deliver a seamless user experience using React - Ensure front-end development meets accessibility standards across different browsers, platforms, and devices - Mentor team members by providing guidance on new tools and techniques - Facilitate positive code reviews and constructive feedback to foster team growth - Assist in the identification and implementation of system enhancements as needed
