Job Overview: Sr. UI/Frontend Developer AI

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. UI Engineer to join the AiDP Frameworks team. This role is focused on exploring new initiatives, investigating next-generation component library frameworks, and pioneering new methods of building UI through the integration of AI agents.
The team currently maintains Bricks, a multi-framework component library built with Web Components and Stencil JS. Your mission will be to analyze alternatives to Stencil and architect AI-driven solutions that interface with these libraries.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Analysis: Conduct comprehensive technical evaluations of cross-platform component library technologies and build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate advantages and drawbacks.
- AI Integration: Implement and enhance MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
- Agent Architecture: Architect and implement multi-step AI agents that integrate seamlessly with UI frameworks.
- Optimization: Ensure AI agents are reliable, scalable, and cost-optimized for high-volume production environments.
- Development: Write high-quality, tested code independently while contributing to the evolution of the Bricks library.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science (Mandatory).
- 7 years of professional experience in UI/Frontend Development.
Technical Expertise
- Core Web: JavaScript, TypeScript (5–10 yrs), HTML5, CSS3, Sass/SCSS.
- Frameworks: React JS (5 yrs), Vue JS, Angular JS.
- Architecture: Web Components, Stencil JS, Component Libraries, Responsive Design.
- AI Specialization: Solid experience building AI agents and MCP servers from the ground up.
Standards: Strong knowledge of Accessibility (A11y).
