Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Frontend / Mobile Application Developer with strong expertise in UI design, TypeScript, React, and React Native. The ideal candidate is passionate about building high‑quality user experiences, writing clean and maintainable code, actively participating in code reviews, and leveraging AI tools to improve development productivity and quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop intuitive, user‑centric UI for web and mobile applications
- Build scalable and maintainable applications using TypeScript with React and React Native
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into working solutions
- Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and best practices
- Optimize application performance, usability, and responsiveness across platforms
- Use AI‑powered development tools (e.g., Copilot‑style assistants) to accelerate development, refactor code, and improve quality
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices
- Support application enhancements, bug fixes, and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in UI Design and Frontend Development (+5years)
- Solid hands‑on experience with TypeScript
- Proven expertise in React and React Native
- Strong understanding of component‑based architecture and state management
- Experience performing code reviews and providing constructive feedback
- Familiarity with using AI tools for coding, debugging, and productivity improvement
- Good understanding of REST APIs and frontend/backend integration - Strong problem‑solving and communication skills:
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross‑functional team environment Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Skills:
- Experience with modern UI/UX frameworks and design systems
- Knowledge of mobile app deployment (iOS/Android)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to accessibility standards and responsive design
