We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing modern web applications that provide seamless, intuitive experiences for healthcare professionals and patients alike. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend engineers, product designers, and AI specialists, to translate complex workflows into elegant and responsive user interfaces. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring our platforms are scalable, performant, and accessible across various devices and browsers. • *Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong portfolio of building scalable, modern web applications
• Expertise in modern front-end frameworks such as React (preferred), Vue.js, or Angular
• Deep understanding of state management tools like Redux, MobX, or Zustand
• Proficiency in integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and back-end services, particularly those built with Node.js
• Strong experience with build tools such as Webpack or Vite and version control systems like Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior developers
• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library (Nice to Have)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployment (Nice to Have)
• Knowledge of healthcare-related workflows or interfaces (Nice to Have)
• Location in or familiarity with the Latin American work environment (Preferred)

• Lead the development and implementation of user-facing features for web applications, ensuring high responsiveness, accessibility, and usability
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to transform wireframes and mockups into functional, visually appealing interfaces
• Optimize frontend code for performance, scalability, and maintainability to support growing user demands
• Maintain UI/UX consistency across all platforms by adhering to best practices and company design standards
• Integrate frontend components with backend APIs to facilitate seamless data flow and user interactions
• Mentor and support junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
