About The Role We are seeking a skilled JavaScript Developer to join our remote team on an hourly contract basis. In this role, you will work closely with our AI research teams to evaluate and enhance AI-generated JavaScript code, ensuring it meets high standards of efficiency and best practices.

You will play a key part in testing AI models’ ability to produce responsive and interactive UI components, solving complex UI/UX challenges, and providing valuable feedback for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in modern JavaScript and experience working with frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Vue. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to commit between 10 to 40 hours per week, and provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative AI projects in a remote setting.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field. A deep understanding of core JavaScript concepts, including async/await, closures, and DOM manipulation, is essential. Candidates should have between 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Vue.

Experience with data labeling, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), or other AI training projects is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly are important qualities for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated JavaScript code for efficiency in DOM manipulation and adherence to ES6+ standards.
• Solve complex UI/UX challenges to test the model’s capability in creating responsive and interactive elements.
• Create comprehensive, human-readable documentation explaining the flow of state and event handling within scripts.
• Identify bugs or anti-patterns in AI-generated frontend logic and suggest optimized, best-practice alternatives.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to provide feedback and insights that improve model accuracy and performance.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in JavaScript frameworks and AI training methodologies to continuously enhance project quality.
