Is Claude Code your closest work partner? Do you work with Claude Code deliberately - spec-driven, from the ground up, like an architect manages a build? If so, keep reading. We’re creating a new category: live infrastructure for AI builder communities.

Think live demos, collaborative build sessions, creator-led learning, and AI agents throughout. We’re building it the way we think software should be built in 2026: with agentic workflows, Claude Code as the primary development layer, and humans as architects and reviewers rather than coders. Dreamable is a San Francisco-based AI product studio. This role works directly with the founder - 7 exits as VP BD, ex-Apple engineer, building in Claude Code daily. The team is small and intentional. Our designer/front-end engineer has been building with Claude Code for several months and is shipping real product. The way we build is part of the story - and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of our journey. YOU’RE PROBABLY THE RIGHT PERSON IF

→ You’ve shipped something real using Claude Code - not only a tutorial project

→ You’ve built AI agents, RAG pipelines, or LLM-powered backend systems in production

→ You’re comfortable with Next.js, Supabase, and modern full-stack architecture

→ LiveKit or WebRTC experience is a huge plus - not a dealbreaker if you’re strong everywhere else

→ You have an OpenClaw 🦞 - or you built your own - and you use it

→ You think of yourself as an agentic manager more than a traditional coder

→ You read about the allocation economy and thought “yes, that’s where this is going” WHAT THIS IS

→ Full-time commitment, contract to start - with a path to employment / equity for the right fit. We’re flexible on structure; this isn’t a side project role.

→ SF Bay Area preferred, remote is fine but you must physically reside in North or South America - this isn't a timezone preference, it's a hard requirement.
