Are you an experienced engineer who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑stakes technical environments? I am recruiting a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to join a mission‑critical technology team within a major financial institution.

This is a role for someone who likes solving problems, isn't afraid to dive deep into code, and can navigate the unique challenges of heavily audited and tightly controlled environments.

What You'll Be Doing:

Building and maintaining both front-end and backend components for enterprise‑scale financial systems

Troubleshooting complex issues across the stack

Working closely with cross-functional teams under strict regulatory frameworks

Operating effectively in a hybrid model while managing shifting priorities and pressure

Experience & Skills:

5–10 years of software engineering experience

Strong backend background (frontend‑only profiles won't be a fit)

2–3+ years of hands-on Java

Strong modern FE experience:

Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript

SQL expertise (3–5 years), ideally with exposure to:

Complex SQL operations

CTEs, query plans, indexes, troubleshooting

Professional Background:

Experience in banking, financial services, or similarly regulated environments

Comfortable working with heavy governance, compliance, audits, and process constraints

Resilient, calm under pressure, and able to work effectively despite operational red tape

No finance product knowledge required — just the ability to operate in a demanding environment
