We are partnering with a global industry leader to appoint a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who builds reliable, scalable, and secure applications that support business critical operations across regions and time zones.

This is not a pure frontend or backend role. It is hands on, end to end engineering with ownership of systems throughout the full lifecycle, from design to deployment to production support.

You will work within a mature engineering environment that prioritises stability, simplicity, maintainability, and well governed change.

The Role

You will design, build, and operate cloud hosted applications using modern frontend and backend technologies, working closely with platform, cloud, and cybersecurity teams to deliver secure, high availability systems.

Your work will directly support mission critical operations in a fast paced, high reliability environment.

Key Technical Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications deployed in Azure and AWS
• Build backend services, APIs, and microservices
• Develop responsive, user friendly interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Integrate applications with cloud services including identity, storage, compute, and messaging
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role based access controls
• Maintain and optimize SQL or NoSQL databases
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for application performance and availability
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across the stack
• Follow best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation
• Collaborate with cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, and business teams
• Participate in after hours support when needed

Core Technical Requirements

Strong, hands on experience with:

• Backend development using Node.js, .NET, Python, or Java
• Frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
• Azure and AWS services including compute, storage, networking, and IAM
• API development using REST, GraphQL, or similar patterns
• SQL or NoSQL database technologies
• CI/CD platforms and version control using Git
• Cloud security, networking fundamentals, and production operational support
• Enterprise scale or business critical environments

Additional Requirements

• Azure or AWS certifications are advantageous
• Experience with microservices, containers, or Kubernetes
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation
• Awareness of cloud cost management or FinOps
• Strong understanding of secure software architecture
