We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This full-time, permanent position offers a W2 salary and is ideal for candidates who are local to the Boston area. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based applications and workflows that optimize and automate core business processes within the financial services sector. You will collaborate closely with both business and IT teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions utilizing modern technologies across the full technology stack. Your expertise in React, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI will be instrumental in building robust APIs, microservices, and data workflows, ensuring the delivery of innovative and efficient software solutions.

• *Qualifications**

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience. Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI is essential, complemented by a solid understanding of object-oriented programming, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns. Familiarity with Redis for distributed caching, as well as experience working with Azure cloud services such as Data Factory, Functions, Storage, SQL Database, and Managed Instances, is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and workflow automation is required. The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, a passion for continuous learning, and the ability to work effectively within an agile environment.

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Python, and FastAPI, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Build and optimize APIs and microservices, focusing on performance, security, and maintainability.
• Design and implement data workflows leveraging Snowflake and Postgres to support business analytics and operations.
• Implement distributed caching strategies using Redis to enhance application responsiveness and throughput.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver solutions in an agile manner.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous integration, delivery, and deployment in cloud environments.
• Identify opportunities for automation and reusable component development to accelerate project delivery.
