• *About The Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Java Full Stack Developer to join our Digital Engineering team in Bentonville, Arkansas (Remote). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-performing, scalable enterprise applications that meet complex business requirements. As a key member of our agile software development team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions efficiently. Your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, cloud platforms, and messaging queues will be crucial in designing and deploying analytics solutions and large-scale applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing reliable, maintainable code and a proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement, and team leadership.

• *Qualifications
• 8 to 12+ years of experience in Advanced Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring JPA
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms such as Azure or GCP
• Strong knowledge of Kafka or other messaging queues
• Experience designing large-scale, high-volume applications
• Proficiency in developing analytics solutions deployed on cloud platforms
• Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and industry coding standards
• Ability to write comprehensive unit tests and ensure high test coverage
• Strong communication and leadership skills to guide technical discussions and team members
• Experience working in Agile environments and participating in retrospectives
• *Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement analytics solutions and models on cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and propose effective technical solutions
• Lead technical discussions with project managers, technical leads, and clients to ensure alignment
• Build scalable, high-performance applications following industry best practices and coding standards
• Develop and execute unit tests to meet or exceed project coverage requirements
• Ensure successful deployment of features to production environments
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to maintain application health and performance
• Document design specifications and service architectures, providing guidance to development teams
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team
