About The Role The role at SynergisticIT is centered around providing targeted interview preparation and skill enhancement support to aspiring software developers and data professionals. As part of our team, you will work closely with candidates to identify skill gaps, develop tailored learning paths, and simulate real-world interview scenarios. The goal is to transform candidates from "almost there" to confidently landing offers from leading tech companies.

You will facilitate technical training sessions, mentor candidates through coding challenges, system design exercises, and project explanations, and help them build a compelling narrative around their technical expertise. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about mentoring, technical training, and helping others achieve their career goals in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in software development or data science, with hands-on experience in relevant technologies such as Java, Python, full-stack development, DevOps, or data engineering. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred, along with proven experience in technical interview preparation or training. Excellent communication skills, the ability to explain complex concepts clearly, and a passion for mentorship are essential.

Familiarity with interview formats for top tech companies, knowledge of system design, APIs, database architecture, cloud deployment, and CI/CD pipelines will be highly advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to learning, adaptability, and a genuine interest in helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

As a key member of the SynergisticIT team, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting technical training sessions focused on data structures, algorithms, system design, and project explanations.
• Assessing candidate skill levels and creating personalized development plans to address gaps.
• Simulating technical interview scenarios to improve candidate confidence and performance.
• Providing guidance on building real-world projects, end-to-end system thinking, and articulating project narratives effectively.
• Mentoring candidates on best practices for coding, problem-solving, and communicating technical trade-offs.
• Supporting candidates through the interview process, including resume review, interview strategies, and follow-up tips.
• Collaborating with employer partners to understand hiring needs and tailor training modules accordingly.
• Assisting candidates with employment-related processes such as STEM extension, H-1B, and green card filings, in coordination with employment partners.
