Full Stack Developer (Java & React)

Requirements

Must have:

- 8 years of experience in full stack development within enterprise or cloud environments.

• Strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue and backend technologies like Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python.
• Proven track record of leading cloud migration or application modernization projects.
• Advanced knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong practical experience with cloud services from AWS, Azure, or GCP (IaaS, PaaS, serverless).
• In-depth understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and automated testing practices.
• Experience designing microservices architectures and implementing API-first systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of secure coding standards, identity management, and compliance protocols.
• Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL database systems and performance tuning techniques.
• Exceptional analytical skills, architectural design capabilities, and stakeholder communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the discovery phases of applications and conduct technical assessments across frontend, backend, databases, middleware, and APIs.

• Assess legacy systems to define strategies for modernization, refactoring, and cloud migrations.
• Design and implement containerization solutions utilizing Docker and Kubernetes alongside cloud-native designs.
• Develop and establish CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and deployment processes.
• Transform monolithic applications into microservices-based architectures as necessary.
• Create secure authentication and authorization systems, including OAuth2, SAML, and IAM roles.
• Implement Infrastructure-as-Code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation to facilitate scalable deployments.
• Supervise database migrations, optimize performance, and manage transitions to cloud storage solutions.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using tools like ELK, CloudWatch, and Datadog.
• Direct go-live efforts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure production stability.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, QA, and Operations teams to maintain secure, compliant, and high-performing solutions.
• Mentor junior developers while contributing to the establishment of technical standards and best practices.
