Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and support custom CRM and commissions applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues across SQL databases, .NET applications, and Windows-based systems.
- Design and implement APIs to support system integrations and business processes.
- Write and optimize queries in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server environments.
- Collaborate with business users to identify issues, gather requirements, and deliver effective solutions.
- Participate in daily communication through calls, messaging platforms, and tracking tools.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning of applications.
- Contribute to system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with messaging systems and assist in setup and administration when applicable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of full-stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency in .NET framework and MVC architecture.
- Experience with API development and integration.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, including both Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience supporting Windows-based applications in a production environment.
- Familiarity with version control and work tracking tools.
- Exposure to RabbitMQ, Python, or Java development preferred.
- Experience working in production support or application troubleshooting environments.
