Role - Full Stack Developer (React & Node.js) Location - Indianapolis, IN (Onsite , All 5 days) Hire - Contract Role Summary

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in React.js and Node.js to build and maintain modern web applications. The role involves working across the front end and backend to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across common domains such as enterprise SaaS, Retail, BFSI and e-commerce etc. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver reliable features end to end.

Core Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Node.js (Express/Nest or similar)

Proficient in React.js, JavaScript (ES6 ), and TypeScript

Experience building and consuming REST APIs (GraphQL is a plus)

Working knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases

Solid understanding of performance optimization and secure coding practices

Git-based version control and SQ exposure

Responsive UI development and basic accessibility standards Good-to-Have

Experience with Next.js or similar React frameworks

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)

Familiarity with Docker and basic DevOps practices

Experience with testing tools (Jest, Cypress, etc.)

Monitoring and logging tools (Sentry, Datadog, New Relic)

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain full-stack web applications using React and Node.js

Design and implement backend services and APIs

Develop clean, reusable frontend components

Optimize application performance and reliability

Write maintainable code and participate in code reviews

Debug issues across frontend and backend

Work closely with product, UX, and QA teams in an agile setup Qualifications

7 8 years of experience in full-stack web development

Strong hands-on expertise in React.js and Node.js

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Experience delivering production-ready applications Good communication and collaboration skills
