Full Stack Developer (React & Python)

Role Description

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who thrives at the intersection of beautiful, responsive interfaces and robust, scalable backends. You'll work across the entire stack — building polished user experiences with React on the frontend and powering them with Python services on the backend. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly influence the product and the people who use it.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using React, including state management, routing, and component architecture
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code across the full stack
• Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks on both the client and server side
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development
• Strong proficiency in React (hooks, context, functional components) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Solid backend experience with Python and at least one web framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)
• Familiarity with RESTful API design principles and authentication patterns (OAuth, JWT)
• Comfort with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward shipping quality work
