Full Stack Developer with JavaScript and Node.js

Requirements

Must have:

- 8 years of experience in application development or software engineering. - Expertise in full stack technologies including Linux, Oracle, SQL, Snowflake, XML/XSLT, JavaScript, Java, Angular, Spring Boot, Python, Kubernetes, Apache, Tomcat, JQuery, CSS, Bootstrap, and HTML5. - Practical experience in developing and deploying AWS-native applications. - Capability to write Oracle stored procedures and complex SQL queries. - Familiarity with development tools such as Jira, IntelliJ, Eclipse, Datadog, GIT, and Jenkins. - Understanding of institutional and capital markets products including prime brokerage, fixed income, and equities. - Experience in trade operations, post-trade analysis, profit and loss analysis, customer relationship management, and compliance or supervisory reporting. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Agile@Scale. - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with product owners, end users, and technology teams. - BS or higher degree in Computer Science or Information Systems. - AWS certification is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver comprehensive features across the stack, from front end to database, utilizing Angular UI, Java or Python services, and Oracle stored procedures. - Design, develop, test, and showcase solutions that assist with client onboarding, trade analysis, commission computation, and financial reporting. - Create and implement applications and services that are native to AWS. - Work collaboratively with product owners, end users, and technology teams to refine requirements and maximize business value. - Analyze and craft technology solutions that align with product objectives and architectural standards. - Engage in Scrum Agile and Agile@Scale practices, including story grooming, coding, testing, and reviews. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance applications with team resources. - Stay current with emerging technologies and development methodologies.
