Full Stack Engineer

Role Summary-

We are looking for an Integration Engineer to build the orchestration layer and confidence-scoring engine for a healthcare benefits coverage POC. The role involves API integration, rules of engine development, and incorporating AI/LLM capabilities to handle ambiguous data.

Key Responsibilities

• Build API integrations with client backend systems and data sources
• Implement input validation and response normalization logic
• Develop deterministic rules engine for hard checks (Eg: prior auth, frequency limits, network status, etc.)
• Integrate AI/LLM layer to interpret ambiguous plan language and generate confidence-score explanations
• Implement routing logic based on confidence thresholds
• Instrument system for logging, tracing, and cost tracking (token usage, API calls, compute)
• Support integration testing across multiple scenarios

Skills

• Strong Full-stack development experience (React/Node.js/Python)
• Experience with REST API integration and JSON data handling
• Experience building rules/decision logic systems
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar)
• Experience deploying and integrating applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with observability/logging practices
• Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI compliance requirement
• Experience with healthcare eligibility/benefits systems, claims processing, or payer data integration.
