Build at the frontier of LLMs, voice AI, and agent systems

Own products end-to-end as a founding engineer What you’ll do Build and ship multi-modal AI agents (browser, voice, text, APIs) that outperform human workflows

Work directly with healthcare operators to deploy and drive real financial impact

Design evaluation systems to continuously improve agent performance

Shape the agent platform strategy across customers

Build core infrastructure (context, memory, orchestration, evals) powering the full healthcare revenue cycle Tech Stack Python, Go, TypeScript, AWS/GCP/Azure Who they’re looking for 1–5 (Max) years as a full-stack or product engineer

Experience shipping real products end-to-end

Background at a recognizable company (or strong startup equivalent)

Strong in Python or TypeScript + cloud

Experience with LLMs, voice AI, or agent systems

Customer-facing mindset + high ownership

Have been in pure management for 2+ years
