Full Stack Engineer

The Role

• Build end-to-end product features covering frontend, backend, and AI integrations.
• Design robust agent workflows that effectively manage planning, tool utilization, failure, and recovery across multiple steps.
• Integrate advanced LLMs, memory systems, and external tools to create reliable systems under real-world conditions.
• Develop real-time AI interactions with a focus on streaming capabilities, partial results, and strict latency requirements.
• Enhance system reliability, observability, and implement effective fallback mechanisms.
• Collaborate closely with ML, backend, and product teams to deliver features from conception to deployment.

What You'll Need

• Strong experience in Full Stack Engineering, encompassing both frontend and backend development.
• Demonstrated experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts and applications.
• Solid understanding of system design and API architecture principles.
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs, RAG systems, or other AI-powered applications.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make pragmatic engineering decisions efficiently.
• Strong sense of ownership, capable of taking features from initial idea through to production.
