Full Stack Engineer - Java/React

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in both Java (70%) and React.js (30%) to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate should have solid backend development experience using Java and Spring Boot, along with strong frontend development skills using React.js, JavaScript, and modern UI technologies.

The candidate will be responsible for developing end-to-end application features, building REST APIs, integrating frontend and backend components, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development – Java (70%)

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java (8/11/17 or above).
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Framework.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work with Hibernate/JPA for database interactions.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Work with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Implement application security, authentication, and authorization.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend application performance.

Frontend Development – React (30%)

• Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with React Hooks, functional components, and state management.
• Work with Redux, Context API, or similar state management libraries.
• Integrate React applications with backend REST APIs.
• Build reusable UI components and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Optimize frontend performance and application responsiveness.
• Experience with modern frontend build tools and frameworks.

Required Technical Skills

• 9+ years of experience in full-stack application development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong hands-on experience in React.js and JavaScript.
• Experience developing REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
