Full Stack Engineer - JavaScript & Node.js

Requirements

Must have:

- Strong full-stack experience with a solid focus on infrastructure - Background in small teams, startups, or early-stage environments - Ability to function effectively with limited structure and changing requirements - Self-motivated, responsible, and forward-thinking - Clear commitment to ownership from problem identification to resolution - Familiarity with modern AI tools, such as Claude - Proficiency in .NET / C#, Express services, and API design and development - Experience with Python (FastAPI) and hands-on server and service development - Knowledge of PostgreSQL and experience managing query-intensive workloads - Exposure to AI/ML frameworks, including PyTorch and NumPy - Experience with LangChain/LangGraph (internally referred to as LangStar) - Ability to define APIs and system architecture from the ground up (preferred) - Familiarity with AI-enabled applications or platforms (preferred) - Background in managing multiple projects concurrently (preferred)

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop full-stack applications from conception to delivery - Establish backend services and APIs as needed - Collaborate on defining system architecture, data flow, and infrastructure as projects progress - Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously (approximately 10-12) - Work independently with minimal supervision and documentation - Dissect complex issues, implement solutions, and advance tasks independently
