We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications who is proficient in both front-end and back-end development, comfortable working with databases, APIs, and cloud platforms, and passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions.

Experience at financial institutions and/or Contact Center Technology exposure etc is a plus. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive web applications (front-end + back-end)

Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces

Build reusable code and libraries for future use

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies

Ensure security and data protection best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong experience with front-end technologies:

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

React / Angular / Vue.js

Strong experience with back-end technologies:

Node.js / Java / Python / .NET

Experience with databases

SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB)

Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs

Version control using Git

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Familiarity and experience with AI tools to increase their productivity 5x

Knowledge of containerization (Docker) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with microservices architecture

Familiarity with DevOps practices

Experience with automated testing frameworks

Knowledge of security best practices

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
