Role Description As a Full Stack Engineer at PPLIED, you will design, build, and maintain end-to-end features for our hiring platform, ensuring a seamless experience for recruiters and job seekers. In this full-time remote role, you will work on both front-end and back-end components, including user interfaces, APIs, data models, and integrations. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to refine requirements, implement scalable solutions, and improve performance and reliability.
Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, reviewing pull requests, troubleshooting production issues, and contributing to technical architecture decisions. You will also help optimize workflows, enhance security, and participate in continuous improvement of development practices and tooling.
