Full Stack Engineer - Python/JavaScript

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Java Developer –leading offshore development efforts while contributing directly to enterprise-grade applications. This position requires a strong technical foundation in backend and UI development, along with proven experience coordinating and mentoring distributed teams across time zones. You’ll serve as the bridge between onshore stakeholders and offshore developers, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely delivery of complex projects.

Lead, coordinate, and mentor offshore development teams to ensure high-quality output.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise Java applications with strong backend and UI components.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and promote CI/CD and DevOps practices. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on Java development experience in enterprise environments.
• JavaScript and jQuery (3+ years) • REST and SOAP web services • JDBC, SQL, stored procedures, and JPA • XML, XSD, XSLT • Unit testing (JUnit, Mockito, JMockit, etc.) • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or similar).
• Strong track record coordinating and collaborating with offshore teams.

Experience with Backbone.js.

• Exposure to Splunk for log analysis.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards.
