Full Stack Engineer - React JS/Node JS

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems and APIs using Node.js.
• Build responsive and user-centric frontend applications using React.js.
• Design, develop, and maintain production-grade RESTful APIs.
• Contribute to system architecture, microservices design, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design, indexing, performance tuning, and high-availability solutions.
• Develop and maintain unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure application quality.
• Participate throughout the complete SDLC, from requirements analysis through deployment and production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement performance and reliability improvements.
• Use Python for backend services, automation, scripting, or system integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in full-stack or backend-focused software development.
• Strong expertise in: Node.js, Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks, React.js & RESTful API design and development
• Strong understanding of: SQL and NoSQL databases, Database design, optimization, and performance tuning, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools

Microservices architecture

Distributed systems

• Software design patterns and development best practices
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Azure or GCP cloud platforms.
• Working knowledge of Python;

  experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
