Full Stack Engineer (React/TypeScript/Python) + (NJ)

We're partnering with an established organization seeking a hands-on Software Engineer to build applications, connect systems, and automate business workflows. This role offers ownership across new development and modernization, with input into technical direction. This is a hybrid position based out of Northern NJ, and you will be expected to be in-office 2-3 days per week.

What You'll Do Build and maintain applications, APIs, integrations, and internal tools.

Improve existing systems and automate manual processes.

What You

Bring Ideally 3-5+ years of professional software development experience.

Strong skills in modern languages such as Python, React, and TypeScript (this role is back-end heavy but is still full stack)

Experience with web applications, databases, APIs, and Git.

Ability to own projects and communicate clearly with technical and business teams. Cloud, CI/CD, workflow automation, and AI integration experience are pluses.
