SafetyCulture builds mobile-first tools that help workers of the world be safer, and more efficient. We need a full stack engineer to use their super powers to acquire customers and to help them win, and win quickly.
You are data driven, but understand the human being on the other end of your code. You're creative and are happy being able to move quickly and apply your impressive range of skills with versatility and impatience. You have strong opinions but you're in the habit of questioning your assumptions. You accept that failure is a necessary part of learning, but you understand that when you and your team win, the company and customers also win. And you love winning!
As a key member of the Growth Team you will:
- think deeply about how our customers find and get traction with our products, and how to remove their roadblocks
- participate in creative planning sessions to help define and evaluate growth initiatives
- closely monitor core metrics as well as uncover insights not yet appreciated
- design, implement and evaluate A/B tests
- build features on the bleeding edge of our mobile and web products
- Full stack - or at least filling up fast
- HTML, CSS, Ember, Node.js
- Fluent and comfortable with SQL
- Familiar with GIT source control
- iOS and/or Android
