Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship full-stack features across Evion's conference operations platform.
• Take responsibility for implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements.
• Develop intelligent workflows and AI-powered automation to help conference organizers save time and grow revenue.
• Work across frontend and backend systems to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Collaborate directly with the founder and users to troubleshoot issues and build practical solutions.
• Contribute to technical decisions, database architecture, and engineering practices as the product scales.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building and maintaining modern, full-stack web applications.
• Proficiency in frontend development, backend systems, databases, and APIs.
• Experience shipping real products used by customers.
• Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using modern AI-assisted development tools to build and iterate efficiently.
• Product-minded with an understanding of how engineering decisions impact user experience.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and collaborate within a small, early-stage startup team.
• Interest in AI-powered products and complex workflow challenges.
