About The Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Staff Full Stack Software Engineer (Web3) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, production-grade Web3 systems that serve real customers and handle assets at scale.

Your responsibilities will include integrating Web3 functionalities such as wallet connections, signing flows, and on-chain/off-chain interactions into our platform. You will own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and on-chain components, ensuring robust, secure, and high-performance solutions. Collaboration is key, as you will partner closely with product, design, and external teams to translate ambiguous requirements into reliable technical solutions.

Additionally, you will lead complex workflows involving wallets, transactions, and settlements, and contribute to engineering best practices, architecture reviews, and technical strategy. Mentoring junior engineers and influencing the technical roadmap are also vital aspects of this role. The successful candidate will work across multiple time zones, including North America, Europe, and India, contributing to a global and diverse engineering environment.

Qualifications 8+ years of professional experience as a Full‑stack Web3 Engineer with proven production experience

Strong expertise in frontend frameworks such as TypeScript, React, and Redux

Experience with backend services and APIs using C#, Node.js, Go, Java, or similar technologies

Hands-on experience with Web3 building blocks, including wallet connectivity, dApp development, blockchain RPCs, and on-chain/off-chain payment flows

Familiarity with DeFi primitives such as DEXs, swaps, lending, and trading platforms

Proficiency with smart contracts and on-chain interactions, especially Solidity

Deep understanding of transaction lifecycle processes, including signing, submission, and execution

Strong knowledge of building scalable, reliable, and observable distributed systems (monitoring, logging, tracing, performance)

Security-first mindset when designing and implementing Web3 systems

Experience leading large-scale technical initiatives and influencing product roadmaps

Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills Responsibilities Design, develop, and operate production-grade Web3 systems used by customers at scale

Own the full feature lifecycle across frontend, backend, and on-chain components

Lead the design and implementation of complex workflows involving wallets, transactions, and settlements

Partner with product, design, and external teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions

Enhance system reliability, security, and performance across distributed and on-chain components

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices and architecture reviews

Influence the technical roadmap and lead large-scale initiatives to maximize impact
