. You’ll work on cutting-edge chatbot and voice solutions, leveraging

• *IBM WatsonX Orchestrate**

and similar tools to create intelligent, scalable, and user-centric platforms.

• *Must-Have Skills
• 5+ years**

of Full Stack Development (

• *NodeJS, TypeScript, Java, Spring, REST APIs**

)

• 3+ years

of

• *Conversational AI / Chatbot development**

(WatsonX, Dialogflow CX, Amazon Lex, Kore.ai, etc.)

• Strong experience in
• *NLP, intent recognition & training datasets
• Hands-on expertise in
• *microservices (OpenShift)
• Experience with
• *cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Proficiency in
• *testing frameworks (Selenium, JUnit)
• Strong debugging, optimization & Agile (SAFe) experience
• Familiarity with
• *API tools (Postman, Swagger, SoapUI, Splunk)
• *Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement
