We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Java Sr. Developer to join our team and contribute to various projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and developing web applications, particularly using Java microservice architecture.

Responsibilities:

Design and Develop Web Applications:

Create a comprehensive case management user interface using Java microservice architecture to support AML FIU investigations.

Enhance Case Management Systems:

Improve current offerings to provide fully automated search capabilities within internal systems and external platforms.

Transactional Summary Visualization:

Develop enhanced visualizations to help businesses make faster, informed decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Case Summarization and Alerts:

Enhance case summarization features and improve alert/case/SAR creation processes.

Collaborate and Implement Solutions:

Work with the team to design and implement efficient solutions that meet project requirements.

Architectural Discussions and Technical Guidance:

Participate in architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices are followed.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Development Process Ownership:

Take ownership of the development process, from prototyping to refining user stories, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Code Reviews and Feedback:

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and consistency.

Overall skills we are looking for

Good to have a Compliance Function (AML, Transaction Monitoring) of a Banking & Financial industry is must to have

Good to have experience on Actimize solutions (SAM, RCM, etc.)

Experience with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices and Schedule Backend Services

Experience with React, Typescript, JavaScript, Web App Development

Expertise on cloud-based technologies is must

Experience with SQL, Oracle

Understanding of Kafka architecture

Experience with REST API platform and testing through Postman/Insomnia

Understanding application security platforms (OAuth 2.0/SAML)

Familiarity of data formats such as JSON, XML, avro, CSV

Experience with developing KSQL queries

Experience with Testing Frameworks like Junit, Mockito, Karma, Jasmine

Experience with GIT

Experience configuring CI/CD processes

Experience with containerization services (Kubernetes/Docker)

Experience with Agile Practices

Financial Services background will be plusMust be a team player who would work with client stakeholders and Matrix IFS team and has experience working on similar consulting engagements.
