Full Stack JAVA Developer

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Bachelor’s degree in IT and minimum of 10 years of hands-on Java experience.
• Experience personally writing and maintaining automated unit and integration tests for Java applications.
• Hands-on development experience with Spring and Spring Boot, including persistence using JPA and Hibernate.
• Experience using Git for team-based software development, including branches, pull requests or merge requests, and code review.
• Experience writing SQL queries for relational databases and using XML, YAML and JSON in application development or configuration.
• Hands-on experience with AI-agent-driven software development using at least one of GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or Codex.

  Experience must include agent-led implementation or modification of application code; code completion alone is insufficient.

• Hands-on experience developing Angular frontend applications using TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Advanced English (C1) communication skills (written and spoken).

Desirable

• Experience with Apache Camel.
• Experience with agile (Scrum) and DevSecOps.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, e.g., Azure Pipelines.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, e.g., Terraform and containerized environments, e.g., Docker.
• Experience with public cloud architectures, e.g., Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with the development of microservices.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience with service management following ITIL.
