Full Stack Java Developer

Requirements

Must have:

- Relevant experience in software engineering, including system design, application development, testing, and production support. - Proficient in Java with a background in developing backend services or distributed systems. - History of developing, debugging, and maintaining code within large-scale or enterprise environments. - Strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Familiarity with agile development methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security best practices. - Knowledge of at least one technical domain, such as cloud computing, distributed systems, or data platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, resilient backend systems utilizing Java, focusing on performance, reliability, and maintainability. - Produce high-quality, secure, production-ready code while participating in code reviews, testing, and debugging tasks. - Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, encompassing design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operational support. - Contribute to system architecture and design documentation, ensuring compliance with both technical and business requirements. - Analyze extensive and diverse datasets to uncover trends, generate insights, and promote continuous system and coding practice improvements. - Identify and resolve system bottlenecks, hidden vulnerabilities, and architectural risks to enhance application stability and scalability. - Collaborate with engineering colleagues, product managers, and other stakeholders to provide impactful solutions. - Keep abreast of emerging technologies and engage in healing best practices, communities of practice, and knowledge sharing. - Cultivate an inclusive, respectful, and cooperative team environment.
