Full Stack Java with React Developer - W2 Only

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer skilled in Java and React to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications from front to back. You will develop backend microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot while crafting intuitive, responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Java: Strong proficiency in Java 11/17 (Core Java, OOP, Collections, Concurrency, Stream API).
• Frameworks: Spring Framework, Spring Boot 3.x, Spring MVC, Spring Security.
• ORMs & Databases: Hibernate, JPA, SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and basic Query Optimization.
• APIs: RESTful API design, OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, WebSockets, or gRPC.

• React: Deep understanding of modern React (v18 ) features—Hooks, Functional Components, Virtual DOM, and state management.
• Languages: Modern JavaScript (ES6 ), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SASS.
• State & Routing: Redux Toolkit, Context API, React Router.
• Styling & UI: Tailwind CSS, Material-UI (MUI), or Bootstrap.

DevOps & Tools

• Version Control: Git, GitHub / GitLab.
• Build Tools: Maven or Gradle (Backend), Vite or Webpack (Frontend).
• Containers & CI/CD: Docker, Kubernetes basics, and automated CI/CD tools.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Microservices Architecture and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
• Familiarity with Next.js or Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
• Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and enterprise security standards.
