Full Stack Programmer

Requirements

Must have:

- We require at least three years of professional programming experience.

• We need proficiency with Angular, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
• We require proficiency with ASP.NET Core APIs, C#, SQL, and Entity Framework.
• We expect the ability to create, plan, design, and implement features from design sketches, technical requirements, and client feedback.
• We value strong analytical thinking and close attention to detail.
• We need the ability to document processes and technical solutions clearly.
• We look for adaptability to new tools, technologies, and systems.
• We require strong communication and collaboration skills.
• We expect demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
• Nice-to-have experience includes ERP systems, PostgreSQL, WinForms, VB.NET, DevExtreme, Tailwind CSS, and Azure Services.

Responsibilities:

- We develop, modify, test, and maintain our main web application based on business requirements.

• We troubleshoot and resolve program errors, bugs, and system issues.
• We collaborate with developers, analysts, end users, and stakeholders to understand technical needs.
• We translate technical specifications into logical and efficient programming solutions.
• We maintain and update system documentation, including code comments and programmer documentation.
• We help develop reports, queries, and data outputs for end users.
• We evaluate how program changes affect related systems and workflows.
• We support system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
• We provide technical assistance and training to internal users as needed.
• We perform additional duties as assigned.

We are Superior Edge Software, and this is a full-time, in-person role based in Jenison and Hamilton, Michigan. Our team is focused on a modern rewrite of our existing ERP systems in an Angular web app, with occasional contract work that gives us the opportunity to use a broader range of languages and skills.

Compensation is $70,000 to $95,000 per year, and our benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, a flexible spending account, health insurance, life insurance, and paid time off.
