Job Title: Sr Full Stack React Native Engineer (Cloude Code)

Location : Remote Rate: $60/hr on C2C & $50/Hr on W2 Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong end-to-end development expertise and leadership capabilities. This role requires hands-on experience across modern web and mobile technologies, cloud infrastructure, and scalable system design. Note:

Claude Code experience is mandatory Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Feature Ownership ::

Independently design, develop, and deliver medium to high complexity features Ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives Front-End Development ::

Build responsive, high-performance UIs using React & React Native Ensure seamless integration with backend services Maintain consistent cross-platform user experience Backend Engineering ::

Develop backend systems using C#, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails Build and maintain RESTful APIs & microservices architecture Ensure reliability and scalability of distributed systems Cloud & Infrastructure ::

Work with AWS services: ECS, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform Develop event-driven systems using Kafka, Debezium, SNS/NServiceBus Database Development ::

Design and optimize databases using SQL & PostgreSQL Ensure high performance, data integrity, and scalability System Design & Architecture ::

Contribute to architectural decisions and system design Apply best practices for scalable, maintainable systems Mentorship & Collaboration ::

Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams Process Leadership ::

Drive best practices: CI/CD, automated testing, version control Improve development processes and team efficiency Technical Strategy ::

Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies Influence long-term technical direction and scalability Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of software development experience 3+ years in a technical leadership role

Strong expertise in: React & React Native C#, TypeScript REST APIs & Microservices Experience in Agile/Scrum environments Strong understanding of system design and architecture Proven experience with: CI/CD pipelines Automated testing Code reviews & documentation Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to work independently with high accountability Preferred Qualifications

Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Freshworks AWS Certified Developer (or equivalent) Hands-on experience with Claude Code Warm Regards,
