AI is at the heart of how we build — not just what we build.
Code has become a core part of our engineering team's daily workflow, and we actively invest in AI tooling to help our developers move faster and build better software. If you're excited about working at the frontier of AI-assisted development, you'll feel right at home here We're seeking a proactive Full-Stack Software Developer to propel Priswing's core product suite forward. You'll collaborate directly with the CTO and the Product/Engineering team on enhancements across our tech stack and modules (dynamic pricing, BI dashboards, tee-sheet integrations, price benchmarking Radar, new product opportunities). You'll be expected to own projects independently — driving them across multiple layers of the stack — and to leverage AI tools extensively as a force multiplier in your work. Your efforts will directly influence product scalability, performance, and client-facing value, driving revenue and deepening market penetration.
Collaborate with the CTO and product/engineering team to define and implement technical solutions
Own projects end-to-end — from architecture and implementation to testing and deployment — working autonomously across multiple areas of the stack
Use AI coding tools (such as Claude Code) extensively as a core part of your daily development workflow
Build and extend product modules across the full stack, including integrations, data pipelines, dashboards, and new feature development
Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, automated testing suites, and code reviews to maintain system reliability Skills & Competencies:
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g.
Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) — AI should be a natural, everyday part of how you work

Experience with data analytics or engineering (ETL pipelines, data visualization)
Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integration patterns
Experience building interactive dashboards or BI tools
Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.)
Comfortable working in Agile environments using CI/CD and automated testing
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in a remote team environment Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
At least 3 years of professional experience in software development
