Full stack software engineer (Java, React)

Requirements

Must have:

- U.S. citizenship and current TS/SCI clearance (with willingness to obtain a CI Polygraph) - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field - 5+ years of hands-on experience in:

• Developing custom software solutions - Data extraction, manipulation, visualization, and analysis with strong skills in Java, Python, or C++ - Linux environments and familiarity with cloud architectures, AWS, C2S - Utilizing NoSQL Data Stores like Elastic and MongoDB - Development tools such as Git, Eclipse, Maven - Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting - Willingness to work full-time onsite

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions for mission-critical applications - Engage in all phases of the development lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, software design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and maintenance - Apply software standards and practices to create high-quality, maintainable, and extensible solutions - Utilize cloud tech stacks for data extraction, manipulation, transformation, and visualization of geospatial-temporal data sets - Create analytics and derivative data products to enable users to derive meaningful insights - Take a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues - Collaborate directly with users throughout the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) to understand their needs and offer technical solutions - Work in partnership with diverse teams of engineers, clients, and end-users - Must be able to work full-time onsite
