Full Stack Software Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will help build and evolve web-based products that support meaningful healthcare experiences for users. You will work across the stack to deliver secure, reliable features while collaborating closely with product managers and other engineers. The position offers the opportunity to modernize systems, improve performance, and contribute to products that have real impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end features from design to deployment and monitoring
• Write clean, secure, and maintainable code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers and product managers
• Design and integrate internal and external APIs
• Modernize existing systems while developing new products and features
• Optimize SQL queries and design relational database schemas
• Contribute to code reviews and engineering practices for quality and reliability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional web development experience across any stack
• Deep understanding of web development concepts and principles
• Experience with SQL, including relational schema design and complex queries
• Ability to design, develop, and launch a web application or substantial feature from start to finish
• Strong sense of ownership and eagerness to build meaningful products
• Familiarity with web application security best practices
• Experience using Git in a collaborative environment
