Requirements
Must have:
- We require U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance, with willingness to pursue a CI Polygraph.
- We are looking for a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a closely related technology discipline.
- We need 5+ years of hands-on experience in custom software development.
- We expect strong experience in data extraction, manipulation, visualization, and analysis, with proficiency in Java, Python, or C++.
- We value Linux skills and familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS and C2S.
- We require experience with NoSQL data stores such as Elastic and MongoDB.
- We expect familiarity with development tools including Git, Eclipse, and Maven.
- We need candidates who can work independently and collaboratively.
- We require the ability to work full time onsite.
- Preferred qualifications include DevSecOps knowledge, GIS and geospatial tooling, agile methods, and experience using open-source resources in government computing environments.
Responsibilities:
- We design and deliver efficient, flexible solutions that can scale for mission-critical applications.
- We participate in the full development lifecycle, including planning, requirements definition, software design, implementation, builds, documentation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- We apply engineering standards and processes to produce high-quality, extensible, and maintainable software.
- We use cloud technology stacks to extract, transform, manipulate, and visualize geospatial-temporal data.
- We develop analytics and derivative data products that help users turn data into actionable insight.
- We troubleshoot issues proactively and take a practical, solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
- We work directly with users across the IC and DoD to understand mission needs and recommend technical solutions.
- We collaborate with engineers, clients, and end users across diverse teams.
- We work full time onsite.
