For our client, we are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineering Leader to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.
This role will guide a team of full-stack engineers and technical leaders in delivering software solutions that support modern networking and cloud-focused products. The position combines people leadership with hands-on technical oversight, ensuring strong execution, timely delivery, and a healthy engineering culture. You will partner with US-based team members and global management to align priorities, drive accountability, and support high-performing outcomes.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $214,100 – $309,800 annually
Responsibilities
- Mentor and develop software engineers and technical leaders
- Provide ongoing performance feedback and conduct performance reviews
- Manage complex engineering projects to ensure accountability and timely delivery
- Cultivate a healthy, high-performance engineering culture
- Coordinate with US-based team members and collaborate with global management
- Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience, or Master's degree with 8 years of experience, or PhD with 5 years of experience, or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in developing front-end applications with JavaScript/TypeScript using React, Angular, or similar frameworks
- Experience deploying software on public cloud platforms
- Knowledge of networking, network security, and cloud engineering
- At least 2 years of experience leading and mentoring full-stack developers
