Requirements
Must have:
- We require at least 3 years of full-stack development experience.
- We need strong proficiency in Python and Django.
- We expect solid skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- We value experience with HTMX and Alpine.js.
- We look for candidates who have built and supported web applications end to end.
- We need someone who can work independently and perform well in a fast-moving environment.
- A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- We strongly welcome candidates with a portfolio or proven experience building scalable web applications.
- Experience in healthcare or another regulated environment is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and data privacy standards is preferred.
- Knowledge of secure data handling, access controls, and basic encryption practices is an advantage.
- Experience creating internal tools, dashboards, or operational systems is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- We develop and maintain web applications using Django and Python.
- We build front-end features with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- We design and support internal dashboards, tools, and workflows.
- We translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
- We ensure our applications remain secure, efficient, and scalable.
- We troubleshoot issues, debug problems, and optimize system performance.
- We collaborate closely with leadership and operations teams.
- We help design and improve processes, not just complete assigned tasks.
