Role Description

This is a 100% remote Contract Full-Stack Web Developer position at Oler Codeworks ( 400–

400–1,200 per project build / 35–

35–65/hr ).

The developer will focus on designing, building, and maintaining client websites and custom web applications across the frontend and backend stack. You will collaborate directly with agency leadership to translate business requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions. We strongly encourage the use of modern AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Antigravity, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate development speed, streamline workflow, and deliver high-quality code efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop mobile-first, responsive UI layouts using React, Vite, and modern CSS.
• Configure Firebase Firestore databases, Cloud Functions, and security rules.
• Leverage AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up development, debugging, and component building while maintaining clean code standards.
• Implement smooth animations (GSAP) and micro-interactions for high-converting sites.
• Integrate third-party APIs (Stripe, Twilio, CRMs) and web app logic.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, fast page load speeds, and high performance.

Qualifications

• Full-Stack Proficiency : Strong hands-on experience building, testing, and deploying modern web applications.
• Frontend Skills : Demonstrated experience with React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and modern CSS layout techniques.
• Backend & Database Skills : Experience working with Firebase (Firestore/Cloud Functions), Node.js, and REST APIs.
• AI Tool Proficiency : Comfort using AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to increase productivity, write code faster, and solve technical challenges efficiently.
• Version Control : Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and collaborative development workflows.
• Self-Motivated : Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
