About The Role EY is seeking an FSO Technology Analyst (Fullstack) to join our Service Delivery Center in the United States. This role is pivotal in supporting the design, development, testing, and deployment of distributed software systems that enhance operational performance and improve customer experience across various platforms.
As part of our dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with advisory professionals to deliver innovative technology solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies, multi-language coding, and DevOps practices, contributing to the digital transformation initiatives of our clients. The role requires up to 50% travel, with EY supporting flexible hybrid work arrangements to promote work-life balance.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a fullstack developer, with proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar. Strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is essential.
Experience working within an agile environment and familiarity with DevOps tools and practices are highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team, and strong communication capabilities are critical for success in this role. Prior experience in the professional services or consulting industry is a plus.
Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement fullstack software solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical specifications and translate them into scalable, efficient code.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Deploy applications in cloud environments, utilizing DevOps tools and automation techniques to streamline processes. Maintain and enhance existing systems by troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements.
Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of projects. Document technical specifications, processes, and system configurations for future reference. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve technical skills and contribute innovative ideas.
