What we are loooking : We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with 7-8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and modern cloud-native development practices, along with exposure to AI/Generative AI technologies.
Experience working on RTC Automation, Voice Recording, real-time communication systems, or voice processing solutions is highly preferred. Candidates should have a solid understanding of scalable application design, CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and messaging technologies such as Kafka. Prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced Agile environment are essential.
Compensation: Hourly Rate: $63 - $64 per hour
