GIS Developer

Key Responsibilities

· Design and develop custom web GIS applications using ArcGIS Enterprise 11.x+

· Work with Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server (federated), Experience Builder, Dashboards

· Administer enterprise GIS infrastructure, including security, roles, content, and performance monitoring

· Build scalable map, feature, and geoprocessing services

· Automate workflows using Python (ArcPy, ArcGIS API for Python)

· Integrate GIS solutions with enterprise systems (asset management, maintenance, project databases)

· Customize applications using ArcGIS API for JavaScript (v4.x) and Experience Builder widgets

· Collaborate with engineers, planners, analysts, and IT teams

· Document solutions and provide technical support and training

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Computer Science, Transportation Planning, or related field

· 3+ years of GIS development experience (1–2 years with ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1+)

· Hands-on experience with:

· ArcGIS Experience Builder & Dashboards

· ArcGIS Server & Portal (11.1+)

· ArcGIS Pro

· ArcGIS API for JavaScript (v4.x)

· Python (ArcPy, ArcGIS API for Python)

· Strong understanding of federated ArcGIS Enterprise architecture and security

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $58.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
